The products are supposed to help make your home so cosy that you feel as comfortable as a baby in its cradle - the home as feel-good place. In the context of sustainability, the cradle-to-cradle principle refers to an idealized, closed raw material cycle modeled on nature, in which all of a product's raw materials remain 100% in the cycle after the product's lifetime and can be reused. Cradle Studio strives to achieve this ideal by focusing on sustainable as well as recyclable materials, minimum-waste packaging and high quality in product designs, recycling fabric scraps, and using resources responsibly and efficiently. Having grown up in a family business that also produces high-quality home textiles, founder Rebecca Zervas has the extraordinary opportunity with Cradle Studio to combine today's zeitgeist with decades of product experience and to combine her passion for interior design with respect for people and nature.
