Cradle Studio stands for a simple concept:
Timeless home textiles with a contemporary value chain.
As a brand, we want to help establish social and environmental responsibility as the new normal in every company's core philosophy. That's why we've scrutinized every step in the entire value chain of our products and implemented them in the way we as consumers ourselves would want textile products to be: from Fair Cotton to our family-run, solar-powered production in Europe, a CO2-neutral footprint and to minimum-waste packaging. A special focus lays on long-lasting quality. By working with our family-run production, we as a young company have the extraordinary opportunity to be able to combine today's zeitgeist with decades of product experience.
Our products are available for purchase on our website, we do not (yet) have a stationary store.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and order value. The exact rate will be calculated at the check-out.

There are no customs fees.
The shipping of your products CO2-neutral, as we offset the greenhouse gases generated by transport with the help of climate projects.
Since our value chain is short and clear, we can not only guarantee fairness and sustainability at every step, but also save significant amounts of CO2.
Your orders are shipped in innovative grass cartons, which are made from a mixture of native forest and meadow grass and recycled paper.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. To claim a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it; it must be unused, with labels and in the original packaging.
To proceed with your return, please follow the instructions below:
1. Request a return via our cancellation form. We will then email you a shipping label.

2. Pack your product in the original packaging or another box of appropriate size.
3. Drop off the box at your local post office.
We will issue you a refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method with which the product was purchased.
If you are not using a return label we have created, please email us at info@cradle-studio.com with your order number and tracking code so we can properly process your return in our systems.
We will refund the cost of the returned product within 14 business days of receipt. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method you used to purchase the product.
PAYMENT
Our store provider allows the check-out process in EUR only. If EUR is not your local currency, your payment will be processed at the current exchange rate.
.As soon as the order is transferred to the shipping company, you will receive a tracking number and an invoice by email.
We accept almost all common credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Paypal and purchase on account via Klarna. Please note that in case of payment with Klarna the invoice will be sent separately by Klarna.
PRODUCTS
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a two-year warranty on our products due to problems in the production process or materials used. Please note that the warranty does not cover "wear and tear" defects (e.g. pulled threads) caused by regular use of the product.
